Bueno, bonito y barato. Es un hotel nuevo, pequeño, con habitaciones básicas y una excelente ubicación a pasos de la avenida principal y del centro. Me encantó.
Its a nice place, the price was ok and the AC worked fine.
Clean sheets, good AC, hot and cold running water and 10 times cheaper than staying on the beach. Excellent value for your dollar (or peso).

Lugar agradable, no el mejor y no lo más lujoso, sólo para pasar la noche, el precio decente desde 300 o 400 dependiendo temporada, habitación limpia, sin lujos, amplia y cómoda.

This place is a real gem right in the middle of downtown Tulum. It is down a quiet street off Tulum Avenue, one minute walk from the main intersection Very affordable rates, the accommodation is set back off the street around a courtyard, so it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, with tv on wall, reliable wifi, separate bathroom and nice comfortable bed. The owner and staff are awesome, particularly Marie, who cleans the room and runs reception. There are main gates to the street, which are shut at night around midnight, although you can come and go as you like, as there is a night guard on reception, so I felt very secure and safe. Also as a bonus, there is a very nice cat who lives on the premises! Really, I can not fault this place at all, highly recommend.
